Return / Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Copper State Research. Because our products are sold for laboratory research use only, returns are limited to specific issues described below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the problem and may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return. For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of items that have been removed from their original packaging or otherwise handled in a way that prevents resale as a research product.
4. Return Authorization
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded at the recipient's expense. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipment and, where applicable, a return authorization number.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when practical. Processing times vary by processor and financial institution. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
6. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products require temperature-controlled handling. If such an item is reported as defective, we may request photos, batch details, and handling details before approving a replacement or refund.
